Sceptre
Sceptre is a four-member Metal band from Mumbai who believe in playing music thats heavy and thrashy. Having developed a formidable reputation with their live shows they have always been crowd pullers. These guys been on the local metal scene for 10 years now. Teemeer, Aniket n Janus officially got together as a band on December 1, 1998 and within a couple of weeks they were playing their first gig at IIT, Bombay. Gilroy joined soon after.
They've have been going strong ever since. Janus left for U.S to pursue his Business opportunities and Frank who plays for a Thrash/Death metal band called Devoid filled. The band released their much awaited debut album Now or Never on 29th may at Marine Centre.

WHO
B69 has been started by the team behind BAJAAO (www.bajaao.com), India's largest direct online retailer for musical instruments and pro audio equipment.After giving India its first jam room studio (N.O.C.) in 2006, we were constantly thinking about doing something bigger and better for the independent music scene, and now we've done something that might give a serious boost to live music in Mumbai.
WHAT
B69 by BAJAAO is a 1500 Sq Ft air-conditioned music concert hall with a HUGE 20 ft by 6 ft by 3 ft stage, state-of-the-art PA equipment from USA, Germany, and Japan (think Rock in Rio, Mayhem Festival, no we're not kidding) where bands can play at 150 decibels and you can headbang, mosh, or just chill while listening to this city's finest bands.
